Changing a visit

Please tell us a day ahead if you cannot come so someone else can have the recliner. If you are sick, call and we will move your visit.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

Medicines

Keep taking what your prescriber gave you. Bring a list of everything you take, and tell your prescriber you are coming to us.

Quiet in the room

Phones on silent, voices low, and scents left at home, so the room stays easy for everyone.

Access

Tell us what you need before you arrive: a chair with a lift, a seat near the door, extra time or a different way to reach you.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. The privacy page says what this site collects.
